"I ordered a part for my FLHX and it was put on backorder from Harley-Davidson® twice. When called again and asked when I could get my part, I spoke with Jeff in the Parts Department. Jeff contacted Harley-Davidson® for a due date and said that he would try to locate the part at another dealer if Harley-Davidson® could not get it to me. I had waited for a month for the part. "Great people and customer service. I was on my way back home to TX on a Sunday morning from Ruidoso, NM, when I noticed my handlebars were a little loose and I did not have the proper tools. I pulled in to Champion, and not only were the service people very friendly and professional, but they were able to get me back on the road worry-free within 30 minutes of my arrival. "My friend and I were traveling from Las Vegas to Michigan and needed service, one 5,000 mile and the other 10,000 mile on our 2008 Ultras. We stopped in unannounced at 8:30 a.m. to see if you could help us, or we would schedule with someone up the road. Nick, the service manager, got Cody and they decided that they could take care of both of us at the same time and have us back on the road by 1:00 p.m., and they did! Their service and attitude in

"The Service Department at this dealership is the best I have seen anywhere. On the way to the Aspencade Rally, the top bolt that holds the windshield to the triple trees stripped out and the windshield came loose. They had to drop forks down out of the trees and install a helicoil. This is not simple. They put me ahead of other bikes just to get me rolling. These guys rock! Thanks again, Champion Motorsports!"

"We rode to Roswell during the Ruidoso Bike Rally in May. We were VERY impressed with the customer service your dealership provided, both in the service department and from the sales associates, especially Liz Burnes and the sales associate. (I'm not sure of her name--perhaps it is Joan? She had recently moved to Roswell.) She went out of her way to be helpful to us during our extended wait for our bikes to be worked on in the service department.
The guys in the service department were wonderful, too ,and took care of everything we needed. We just want to make sure that you know what a great experience we had at your dealership and that your staff is terrific! Please tell them thanks! "
